Russia and Senegal are strengthening humanitarian and business cooperation.

Moscow. A working meeting between Serge Phocas Odunlami, President of the "House of Africa", and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Senegal Stephan Sylvain Sambou, confirmed the steady growth of Russian-Senegalese relations.

During the talks, the parties focused on expanding humanitarian, cultural, and educational cooperation, which is seen as a key foundation for a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership between the two countries.

Particular emphasis was placed on finding new forms of cooperation that would facilitate the deeper integration of Russian business and cultural initiatives into Senegal's economic and social space, as well as expanding the presence of Senegalese organizations and entrepreneurs in Russia.

Priority areas identified included developing cultural dialogue, launching new educational programs for Senegalese youth, and creating joint platforms to support Senegalese entrepreneurs seeking to enter the Russian market.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed interest in the practical implementation of the planned initiatives and confirmed their readiness to further strengthen their partnership.

The "Africa House" continues to serve as a key humanitarian and business bridge between Russia and African countries, promoting greater mutual understanding and cooperation between peoples.
